Jinkx and DeLa
For the past four years, I’ve worked as a web and production designer for Jinkx and DeLa (and associated projects for Jinkx Monsoon, BenDeLaCreme, and their holiday film). Working off of key art developed by another designer (and art directed by the queens themselves), I extend each year’s key art into a webpage, admats, and other supporting materials.
In addition to digital assets, I have also designed DVD, ornament boxes (pictured above), t-shirts, pin backers, and more physical objects that are sold as merch or are used in production on tour.
My background in print has given me a deep understanding of how to create art that produces well—and what doesn’t. This knowledge has been super helpful in color, substrates, structure, and especially troubleshooting.
